Participants will use the critical questions of a PC to explore the essential shifts in mindset that frame the effective use of the "EL Focused Instruction Observation Tool"  Participants will gain new perspective of the proven practices and classroom strategies, aligned to Seidlitz "7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom" that can be used to close the learning and achievement gaps for English learners.
